Summary

1. Integrated approaches tackle all the related laws connected to FEMA and PMLA viz.IPC, Cr.Pc, Evidence Act, and various Special Acts, etc. are important in the cases against persons in India.

2. It is now essential to act in a collective and integrated perspectives. Such strategies are interfacing and case-wise specific. Pitch is to cover common issues before the multiple agencies.

3. Actively rendered more than 35 years’ of service in the Directorate of Enforcement, (FEMA and PMLA), Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. Posted at Agra, Lucknow, and New Delhi.

4. Most of the tasks were related to complex and scam cases under FEMA and PMLA.

5. Additionally, courts related issues were effectively attended as Departmental representative. Attended certain training programs and delivered lectures in CBI academy and Directorate of Enforcement.

6. At present, engaged in rendering legal consultancy on FEMA and PMLA matters.
